Record Low: Japan's Homeless Population Hits All-Time Low

Mate, you won't believe it, but Japan's homeless population has hit an all-time low, according to fresh data from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. なお、2003年度ねんどの調査ちょうさではホームレスの数かずは約やく2万まん5000人にんだった。日本国にっぽんこく憲法けんぽうでは「健康けんこうで文化的ぶんかてきな最低さいてい限度げんどの生活せいかつを営いとなむ権利けんり」を全国民ぜんこくみんに定さだめているが、病気びょうきや失業しつぎょうで働はたらけなくなった人ひとのために「生活せいかつ保護ほご」という制度せいどもある。生活せいかつ保護ほご受給者じゅきゅうしゃには月つき11万まん円えん程度ていどの保護ほご費ひが支給しきゅうされ、医療いりょう費ひも無料むりょうになる。
