新型コロナワクチンは「害薬」か？それとも「効果的」なのか？

一方いっぽうで、日本にほんでは今年ことしの４月がつ１７日にちに、コロナワクチンを接種せっしゅ後ごに死亡しぼうした遺族いぞくや健康けんこう被害ひがいを受うけた人ひとたち１３人にんが国くにに対たいし「副ふく反応はんのうなどのマイナス情報じょうほうを広ひろめなかったため被害ひがいを受うけた」として9100万まん円えんの損害そんがい賠償ばいしょうを訴うったえる裁判さいばんを起おこしました。コロナワクチンは臨床りんしょう試験しけんの結果けっかでは80~90%の予防よぼう効果こうかがあるとされていますが、重篤じゅうとくな副ふく反応はんのうである「アナフィラキシー」はインフルエンザワクチンに比くらべて５倍ばい（100万まん人にんにつき5人にん）とされ、疲労感ひろうかんや頭痛ずつうなど、その他たの健康けんこう被害ひがいも圧倒的あっとうてきに多おおいことが報告ほうこくされています。
国くには、アナフィラキシーで死亡しぼうしたと認定にんていされた場合ばあい、遺族いぞくに対たいし4670万まん円えんを支給しきゅうすると規定きていしており、ワクチンと死亡しぼうの因果いんが関係かんけいが認みとめられた人ひとはこれまで493人にんですが、直近ちょっきんの報告ほうこくでは100万まん人にんあたり1.1人にんとなっています。死亡者しぼうしゃはほとんどが高齢者こうれいしゃですが、中なかには若わかくして重篤じゅうとくな副作用ふくさように現在げんざいでも苦くるしんでいる人ひとたちがいます。今回こんかいの訴訟そしょうについて、国くにはノーコメントとしています。

Is the COVID-19 Vaccine a “Harmful Drug"? Or is it “Effective”?

Akiko Iwasaki, a professor at Yale University, who is engaged in research on the aftereffects of the coronavirus and effective vaccine development, was recently selected as one of the 100 most influential people in the world (TIME 100) by the American TIME magazine.

Meanwhile, in Japan, on April 17th of this year, 13 families of people who died or suffered health problems after being inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine filed a lawsuit against the government for 91 million yen in compensation, claiming that they were harmed because the government did not spread negative information about the side effects and other negative reactions of the vaccine.  Although the COVID-19 vaccine is said to be 80~90% effective in preventing the disease according to the results of clinical trials, the serious adverse reaction, anaphylaxis, is reported to be five times more common than the flu vaccine (five per million people), and other health problems such as fatigue and headaches are also reported to be overwhelmingly frequent.

In the case of death from anaphylaxis, the government has set aside 46.7 million yen to be paid to the bereaved families.  493 people have been found to have a cause-and-effect relationship between the vaccine and death, with the most recent report showing a rate of 1.1 per million people. Although most of the deaths are among the elderly, some people are still suffering from severe side effects at a young age. The government has no comment on this lawsuit.
