正月に起こった大地震により、外国人の在留期間への特別なルールが設けられる。

日本にほんの出入国しゅつにゅうこく管理かんり庁ちょうは、先日せんじつの巨大きょだい地震じしんで被害ひがいを受うけた外国人がいこくじんのため、在留ざいりゅう期間きかんについての特別とくべつルールを設もうけました。政府せいふによると、被害ひがいを受うけた外国人がいこくじんは、6月がつ30日にちまでは在留ざいりゅう期間きかんを長ながくするための申請しんせいをしなくても日本にほんにいることができるそうです。また、職場しょくばが被災ひさいするなどして業務ぎょうむや技能ぎのう実習じっしゅうを行おこなうことが難むずかしくなった人ひとは、在留ざいりゅう資格しかくで定さだめられた業種ぎょうしゅ以外いがいの仕事しごとをすることが認みとめられます。さらに、技能ぎのう実習じっしゅう生せいががれきの復旧ふっきゅう作業さぎょうなどで行おこなう業務ぎょうむについては、当面とうめん、許可きょかは不ふ要ようとされています。

Special rules for the stay will be applied to foreigners affected by the major earthquake that hit Japan on New Year's Day.

Japan's Immigration Services Agency has established unique rules regarding the stay period for foreigners affected by the recent massive earthquake. According to the government, foreign nationals impacted by the disaster can remain in Japan until June 30 without having to apply for an extension of their stay period. Additionally, individuals facing difficulties performing their work or skills training due to workplace damage from the disaster can engage in jobs outside the categories specified in their residency status. Moreover, for tasks such as debris removal carried out by technical intern trainees, permits are not required for the time being.
