Sega's hit game series "Yakuza" is finally getting a live-action adaptation on Amazon Prime Video. The drama, titled "Like a Dragon: Yakuza," will begin streaming on October 25th and will consist of six episodes. The story is set in the familiar "Kamurocho" from the game and follows the legendary yakuza Kazuma Kiryu, also known as the "Dragon of Dojima."
The highly anticipated role of Kazuma Kiryu will be played by the popular actor Ryoma Takeuchi. The series is directed by Masaharu Take, the chief director of the acclaimed Netflix series "The Naked Director."
The drama will be released in two batches of three episodes each, premiering on October 25th and November 1st. It will be available simultaneously in over 240 countries and regions, with subtitles and dubbed versions in more than 30 languages.

セガの大ヒットゲーム「龍が如く」がAmazon Prime Videoよりついに実写ドラマ化されることが発表された。タイトルは「龍が如く～Beyond the Game～」。配信は10月25日からで、ドラマは全６話。ゲームでおなじみの"神室町"を舞台に“堂島の龍”と呼ばれる伝説のヤクザ・桐生一馬の物語が描かれる。
注目の桐生一馬を演じるのは人気俳優の竹内涼真。監督はNetflixで人気を博した「全裸監督」の総監督、武正晴氏が務める。
配信は10月25日と11月1日の2回に分けて各3話ずつで、全240以上の国と地域、30以上の言語の字幕・吹替版が同時に世界配信される。
